“Emotional health is a huge topic of conversation in our homes, our schools, and our workplaces, and all too often the church doesn’t tackle this issue head-on. But God actually has a lot to say about the emotional challenges we all face and where many of these challenges are rooted. There’s no quick fix or 3 steps to solving emotional health, but there are Biblical principles and Godly truths that can help us reorient the conversation about emotional health and change how we see ourselves, help others, and build habits of wellness. This week, we will tackle unresolved guilt in our lives!”
